Walkington Toddlers
For a few months now we have had only three or four regular families attending the group, obviously this is not viable. If parents of young children wish this group to continue please come along on Wednesday afternoons between 1-3pm at the Village Hall. If the group is still no bigger by Christmas time it will probably close.
If any parent (or group of parents) would like to take over the running of the group I will be leaving at Christmas. Please ring me for details, the time and/or day can be changed easily, depending on availability, morning meetings may be easier for young families to attend.

What Happens
Do you have any children under five? Looking for something to do on a Wednesday afternoon? Then why not come along to the fun and friendly Walkington Toddler Group at the Village Hall between 1 & 3 pm.
The afternoons are informal get-togethers for all ages of children up to five years and their parents.
There is plenty of space to play
Variety of toys and books
Also open during school holidays
We would like to encourage new families to attend. All new and familiar faces are very welcome. You don't even have to live in Walkington to attend!

Sessions Cost just £1 per child, £1.50 for 2 or more. Cheap at half the price. Includes refreshments. Remember Wednesdays 1 – 3 @ the Village Hall.

Summertime Outings
Arranged by Parents of young children, these outings are suitable for 0 - 11 year olds. The days are informal get togethers, there are no set activities. We ask everyone to meet in the Playing Field car park at 10am on the set days, with a picnic, suitable clothing for the weather and anything needed for a full day out.
